Unlicensed Toxic Waste Disposal: Computer monitors

Goodwin has been advertising for months on craigslist. He offers to take crt monitors for recycling. This is flatly illegal without a license from the state d.E.P. Because crt's contain lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxic waste. It doesn't matter if he has a place for this stuff to go, he is unlicensed, unqualified, and is handling this stuff in his home. Wrong!
Apparently he just sends them to a landfill.

My friend notified d.E.P., and his landlord. Trouble is he intercepted the voice message to his landlady, deleted it an made a futile attempt to file a fictitious police complaint. Not only is he endangering public safety, he's a scammer.

He also attempted to intimidate a witness, to this which is a crime.

I have read all goodwin's e-mails and voice mails to my friend who first
reported this to the d.E.P..

This guy can play slap and tickle with the d.E.P.'s police department and zoning.

Avoid!

Try home depot. They recycle monitors for less tahn this guy does.
At least that's what a town employee told my friend today
