To whomsoever it may concern,

I am having sify broadband connection for the past one year thinking Sify will improve its customer service and their technology services, but it did not happen and will never happen at all.

From the day 1, i am getting BB101 or LAN cable unplugged and the issue IS STILL not resolved permanently, I am raising trouble tickets every month.

I never get compensation.

Do you think people in India/Chennai are fools and never file a case against your horrible service?

Sify broadband customer service is the ever worst customer care and i wonder if they are trained how to handle a customer or know any basic telephone manners. They are always rude and had unacceptable behaviour.

I am a dissatisfied customer for sify, will never ever suggest sify for anyone.

I contacted sify customer care today and they said i have to pay rs. 500 to replace the cable. Why the hell that i have to pay money for your ridiculous technology? Why sify is going towards loss and losing customers like this? Do you have any idea to get this sorted?

I am staying in velachery and never had a good experience with sify broadband. I will not choose sify broadband or let others choose sify even if we have no choice in this world other than sify isp.
