Lie, Cheat, Steal, Reprted to the BBB

I ordered the OCTIX BAR from ledoutfitters.com on 5/14/09. The product is advertised as having 26 flash patters for 199.00. When I got the bar and installed it, it only had 11 flash patterns.
I called the company only to be hung up on. I called them right back 3 or 4 times and no body picked up the phone. On may 27, I finally reached someone. They told me that they no longer had the other bar and sent me this one instead. I told them that I did not like this one and I wanted what I paid for. Then they said they would give me my money back and after I received the money, I could send them the bar back. I still have seen no deposit made back into my account and I don't trust them enough to send them the bar back until I see the cash back in my account.
I contacted the BBB online and filed a report with them. LED Outfitters never responded to the BBB either. Now I am stuck with a crappy light and out $200.00.
