Charter Communications
Will not fix there issuse Internet

Charter has been working on my internet service for a year and they clam it is a intermitten issues. Know they have gave up on fixing there issues cause they clam the issues is fix every time i call in they see a issues going on but then tell me they will send a truck out for $35.00 cause the letter said the issues is fix so they have to charge me but they clam they see the issue every time i call in i have report it to the bbb and still charter communications called me and all they can say is address the letter claming the issues is fix. I am fight this and i hope every one that has issues with charter does to.
Please every one fight charter and take it to the bbb the more people the better
