Mr. Mr. Sulzman do not trust this man or his rip-off company

In April I sent $1515 to Mr. Brett Sulzman for an IBM laptop. I still haven't received this laptop. For a month Mr. Sulzman claimed difficulties with his supplier. Then he promised me a full refund when his PayPal account was unfrozen. Needless to say it we are in October now and still nothing. He never answers the telephone and has stopped responding to my emails.
Do not trust this man or his company.
