Scamed me for over $100 and gives B.S. Replys on getting my money back

I got scammed and they took my money and told me I did not cancel with in 48 hrs. They claimed all the info was on their web site in the terms and conditions which was hidden and was not visible. I'm able to contact them but they seemed to be having "technical difficulties with their Database for over a week. No data no business so there is no way they are telling the truth. I was told to call a week later then they tell me to call in a few days. When confronting them they just hang up on you.
