Ripoff, the business that doesnt give a damn

I was high bidder on 2 baby yellow ratsnakes on Reptibid from Upstate Exotics.

When they sent me the order, the tiny box contained a single adult yellow ratsnake. He was a lovely snake, but at that point in time I didn't realize he was sick. He died 6 days after I received him.

Upstate insisted that they had told me that they were sending me 2 adults instead of the babies, and that I must have lost one, or that I had received both and was trying to cheat them out of another one.

I still have the emails from them to prove this.

They refuse to make this right in any way. I WANT a refund, Upstate!

If you search the names of the owners, Sal & Alison Tornambene, you will find that they "own" several businesses and have many complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau and on this site.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They don't care about animals or people at all.
