My bank account was charged $107 fraudulently. I attempted to call Zoosk whose phone is not for incoming calls and does not take messages. I emailed customer support begging them to call me to help me reverse the charges. They wrote me back informing me I should work it out with my bank. Trust me. If it were that simple I would have done that already but the charge is pending right now and will be pending for up to a week unless Zoosk reverses the charge. My account it wiped out and I have 3 small kids at home. I'm utterly screwed this week. All they had to do was call and help me but they don't want to help me.
