Wrong dvd's received

I requested a few dvdis from TV Lovers. Our requested was established by them-and the cash taken from my charge card.

I received my purchase via post. Two dvdis weren't actually about the purchase confirmation I obtained. Of another 2, one was broken.

I sent a contact back again to the purchasing division to describe the problem of the broken products, but up to now haven't gotten an answer.

Easily knew concerning the numerous grievances as published on this website, I never might have applied them.

So what can I really do today? When I am not surviving in the united states, it's very hard to speak together in virtually any additional type apart from mail.
