Jays Design WARNING: they will steal your money

I bought Rosetta Stone for 149.99 and when the program locked me out they blamed me for it not working properly. I have tried to fix this issue for over 2 months now but they just keep avoiding answering my questions. They also told me that I was trying to steal from them because I wanted a refund. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY.

They are very rude when they speak (through emails). They pretty much called me stupid... But not in so many words.
