I incorrectly bought the incorrect hair merchandise online and desired to trade it for that item I TRULY needed without incurring shipping costs. The delivery costs were somewhat high I believed—$12.26 for 8 oz. The merchandise I needed was really more costly. I simply wished to purchase the brand new item and swap-out the prior item once the advantages delivery person arrived. After 1 week and 4 long-distance telephone calls, I had been informed the organization wouldn't get this to little hotel.
