Blue Mountain.com Deceptive Billing Practices, Unauthorized Charges, Downright Dishonest!

Internet & Web

My letter to BlueMountain.com:
"I only wanted to send a greeting card to to my couins congratulating them on the the birth of their new baby & up came BlueMountain.com in a search. I made a one time (or so I thought) PayPal payment of $9,99 to Bluemountain.com on Nov. 25. I was annoyed to find out that it was extremely time consuming & difficult to send one greeting card to a couple of people because mu computer kept locking up, even with a high speed connection. The recipients of the card have broadband connections and still had difficulty opening & reading the email due to excruciately slow download issues. I put 2 & 2 together a week later when a Trojan virus ate up my computer rendering it useless and expensive to fix.
I had no intention of buying a monthly suscription only paying for a one time trial. Which was a disaster. I have not visited your website or purchased any greeting cards from your site since November 25 I was taken a back when I was billed again on Dec. 18 for a continuous monthly subcription that I did not authorize or order! Your billing practices are deceptive & fraudulent and I demand that you cancel my account & refund the $9.99 which was illegally deducted from my PayPal account on Dec. 18. I prefer to resolve this with you rather than taking the dispute to PayPal. I would appreciate your immediate cooperation in this matter. Thank you in advance."
Blue Mountain responded to my about email (which they never ever even read) requiring me to make phone call to a "customer service" line in order to cancel. I think not!
