Charging my account for something I did not authorize

I paid $1.88 for info. On their program. I saw nowhere that I was to be sighed up for anything automaticly. They sent the info and Told me I could activate it and get started. I did not go any farther. Did not activate. Did not think about it again. Thought it was over. Then they called and said I needed to activate my account because they are billing my account $129.00 plus $69.00 a month. This was left on a message. I called back. Never got intouch w / anyone. I had to cancel my debit card. Bank says I will have to dispute this. This IS a major SCAM. People taking advantage and decieving people who are having money problems or who are stay at home parents hoping to work some from home. Beware!!! Some one needs to stop them!
