NetQuote misrepresentation, and fraud

I signed up for a 15 lead free trial with this company. The fast talking sales representitive on the phone with me told me that in order to sign up for the free trial, I had to agree to spend $200.00 on future leads. I told him I would agree under the condition that after the initial 15 leads were sent, I would request more when I wanted them, and I would not be automatically billed for anything, unless I requested the services. Well, big suprise... They continued sending me leads, and tried to automatically bill me. I refused payment, because in my mind they breached our agreement. A couple months later I recieved notice from a "collections specialist" named BJ Candella. Aside from otherthreats, which I have saved these messages by the way, he threatened to turn my account over to a collection agency. I responded by explaining how I was misled, and refused to pay any amount. After a back and forth battle, this was his response:

Hi Allen, I just dont believe that. And we did record the contractual stipulations in the phone call, we do that to protect ourselves. It doesn't seem we are going to see eye to eye on this. I have to send the $315 to the collection agency. I'm sorry we ended this way. Good luck to you.
