Failure to send merchandise and it took a month. Then sent battery that was the wrong size. It was also at the end of its usable life

I ordered a product in middle of September and spend about 20 dollars in shipping. Didn't come until 5 weeks later just after I disputed it with my credit card company I received the wrong battery that I am now stuck with. Shipping also cost just under 3 dollars on the postage box.
