Never Hire this person or company for anything other the being sued! Boca Raton/Philadelphia

Hired Marc Falcone as a sales consultant after months of being pursued by him. His responsibility was to create powerpoints, sales literature and to generally drive sales. During this process he claimed to have many large fortune 500 customers ready to join our fledgling internet company and told a very convincing story. Although skeptical I arranged interviews with other personnel within my company and generally received the green light. So we hired Falcone and all the BS began.

1) Simon Cowell will wear your company hat with logo on American Idol.

2) Currently negotiating with Michael Jordon to be company spokesman.

) GM, Ford, Chrysler about to sign with us.

4) About to close WALMART

5) NBC loves us, going to sign soon.

6) Have a VC ready to write a big check.

Please understand we are not naive enough to believe these outlandish tales but as a company had to document document ridiculous claims. The lies continued for quite sometime until we as a company felt ready to release Falcone of his consulting duties. Three months later we get sued in Federal court for$75,000 pain and suffering, $1,000, 000 in owed compensation based on him bringing in $10,000, 000 in sales, that is correct $10 MILLION IN REVENUE while in reality he NEVER even arranged one meeting and never even brought in 1 PENNY IN REVENUE.

Our attorney found that he filed an identical suit in Federal court against another small company. IDENTICAL, same lawyer, same venue in Philadelphia. We have spent 10's of thousands defending ourselves from this malicious extortionist and will continue to until this is thrown out of court.

Unfortunately for me, the other company signed a NDA to end the suit so we got screwed. We have a term now when someone tries to screw you.
