Zoosk singles would rather protect my husband with his fake profile then find out the truth that EARLTHEMAN OR EARL2368 is married and has 3 kid's

My husband is a member of zoosk.com and his screen name is earl2368 or earldad or earltheman he has several. My friend reported him a married man, kid's living at home. Zoosk response was they needed to protect their client which was my husband from any fraudulent claim's against him. So I mailed a copy of mine and his marriage license and they have no response to it.
