Department of education Mislead and faulseafied elctronic signatures

After being turned down because my credit balances were too high they processed two loans in my name selling one load to the department of education jacking up the price of the loans. I did try to cosign for a loan for my son but we were lead to beleive that the loan would be paid after he gaduated. Now I'm receiving calls every week for payment I had the payments defered for 6 months but now the intrest and priciple have gone up.
