I was charged for 3 months at $14.95 each month for MP3 services. The company will only deduct 2 months since I didn't question it before. I explained with all the charges put on phone bills we're lucky to figure them out. I don't even own or use an MP3 player. I didn't realize that the charges were bogus since I had just changed my phone plan to a new one. They definitely are a rip-off company and need to be stopped.
