Person on s.S. Ripped off twice in one week for total for 159.90 from this company!

Seattledirectcoffe has taken money without permission. First on nov. 27th. Called on nov. 30. No problem, they said... Opps! Computer mistake. Will get refund.
On dec 2 again. Called on dec 3rd... Again, opps, so sorry. Now I will get both refunds.
So now on dec 7th I am looking for my monies. Called, someone rude said that it will take at least 30 business days to figure this out! Ha! I insist that is not acceptable. I am directed to a "supervisor" who does not answer. Rings, rings and nothing.
Ok. So maybe now, I started to think something is rotten. My bank is helpful and we fill out an "e" report. It just doesnt get me the money.
On the net I see many people are in the same boat. So how do we get attention to make this stop! They have my # and will probably do this again!
I will close my accounts. I will call my local favorite news channel. I will call and write the Attorney General of Minnesota and Illinois. I will go on the net to the presidents web and ask him to check out his home state. We should call and write the Illinois Senators and Representatives. Make some noise!!! This right before xmas. Everyone is hurting.
Well, maybe not the people at Seatllecoffedirect. They have made hundreds of thousands of dollars off us poor smucks!
