Never rec'd order & was charged!

The corporation is unbelieveable to express minimal! I put a sizable order together on: 11/15/09 and just bought "in stock" what to make sure that there could be no wait with my purchase. Our order form also says that anything is in stock & running. I've repeatedly named the corporation simply to obtain a nonhuman automatic reaction and reduced and see, there style mail is complete and never getting any communications. I've sent emails without any reaction. I'm so ticked off I really could shout. I deliberately requested early enough to obtain and provide these things for Holiday! I've requested from Model Bomb previously on Ebay. The delivery was sluggish, however the products did appear eventually. At that time, additionally they had a addressing the telephone. Has anybody approached the BBB? Just curious. I believe I'll! I'd not suggest them to anybody! Buyer Beware!
