I had been billed $9.95 to get a Family Fun Card and that I do not want to buy. Actually, I got nothing from it which means this should be a fraud. I purchased anything online from J.C. Penney and somehow this turned up on my bank statement. Please alert others! I simply returned a check as a result of this. This scam must be uncovered, particularly throughout the holidays.
