I actually do need to provide it to these people they have excellent customer support. Nevertheless, their solution quality leaves TOO MUCH TO be preferred. Although they'll return your price, one nevertheless has got the trouble of purchasing, waiting on supply (they'renot the fastest shippers possibly), processing a, shipping the item back, being outofpocket the return shipment. All for what? Lots of trouble. They request feedback on items. Try making negative feedback on a single of the goods. It'll NEVER seem! I understand, I've left negative feedback on every item I'd issues with and that I needed to return 4 products this season. I actually do proceed to purchase from their store but I'd to understand the difficult way-how to pick product. Avoid their Manual Gear branded items. Stay with quality brand name once they have them. Be the best consumer. They're NOT and certainly will NEVER be considered a quality vendor like Amazon or NewEgg! Amazon and NewEgg would be the greatest!
