LogoDesignGuru.com (Logo Design Guru) are amateurs. As first impressions are everything for me, I demanded a refund after I received my first draft (the images looked like something my 9 y/o daughter could do, so I didn't want to risk investing any further with this company). After several emails, and several chats with them, they were like "ok, we'll refund" it's been almost two months later.

Oh yeah, I also submitted a review at Logoblog.org. Firstly my review was never published, second I ironically received a call from Logo Design Guru the very next day, exclaiming that they wanted me to "work with them." Which only led me to believe that Logoblog.org is owned LogoDesignGuru.com
