Money help 8004756581 stolen information, thives, not authorised to debit account

I found several charges to my bank statement which were authorized.
I called the phone # listed on the statement and ended up dealing with some so called customer service in Thailand. I finally got a hold of an agent in the states (?) do not know for sure. The lady claimed she was crediting back 6 different charges. This was on or about Nov. 1.
As of Nov. 27 nothing has been done and no one answers the phones. The customer services # issued to me were RC12767193, RC12767191, RC12767190, RC12767192 for a total of at least 6 charges totaling $115.70.
