Disgusted with This Company

This company has NO regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. I called Geeks Mobile to service our slow but working computer. The tech they sent was COMPLETELY incompetent. Whatever software he used rendered our computer useless. After ninety minutes of me asking him to do SOMETHING, we paid him via check and he left. The next business day we called to voice our complaints and ask for a refund and the manager wouldn't honor our request. Why? Because we took the computer to competent professionals! Isn't that my right as a consumer??? Does that make any sense to you? I attempted to obtain a refund through the local and national company, but was unsuccessful. My computer no longer works and I lost my daughter's pictures from the first year of her life. Good lesson here: buy an external harddrive and stay away from this company. Go with a nationally respected one instead.
