I responded to an add that cost $1.97 and they took $78.14 out of my checking acct that over drawed my account

I responded to an add place by this company to make money from home. There was a fee of $1.97 to view the information that pertained to writing ads for companies as an affiliate. There was no mention of additional fee/cost of $78.14 which they took from my checking account. That withdrawl made my checking account in the overdrawn status. I had no idea that they were going to do this. I am retired and on a fixed monthly income. I could have used that money for groceries. I looked for an email address to contact them or even a phone number but found neither. Is there anything I can do about this?
