Ezlaptopmounts.com Shipped mount missing significant parts. Refuses to ship those parts

I ordered a laptop mount online from ezlaptopmounts.com. They shipped a significantly incomplete mount and refuse to ship the missing components (mounting hardware, laptop tray with cooling pad, quick disconnect knob which is required to assemble the mount).in fact, more parts from the product sheet were missing than included!

They made the following claims about the product (from their website):
