I started with this company by submitting four houses which they paid me for but said they wanted me to look for houses in a different area. After receiving payment for just four houses, thinking they were a legitimate company, I submitted fourteen more properties in the area the company preferred. All fourteen properties were rejected of which I did not get paid for. It is my fault, I found them on usacomplaints.com before I started and the exact thing happened to the other people who submitted them to the rippoff report. If anyone reads this do not fall for this company. You probably won't be out of money but I wasted a lot of time and gas searching for all those houses.
