Patricia Dirks
Ripped me off when I hired her to build my websites and she took over 6 of my company accounts

Starting in 2005 I created a new tv show and hired a professional photographer to take the picture that would be used for the cover.in Dec I registered this project with the Writer's Guild of America.in March I registered this project with the Copyright office in NY.in August I met Patricia Dirks aka Trish Dirks in myspace and made contact with her because I loved her layout of her site. After a year of talking online I was able to talk her into working for me to build two professional websites, edit photos, set up email accounts for my company, set up a myspace page for my project along with a photobucket account for my advertising. I got a written agreement on August 20 that she would do these things for me in exchange for me doing one Reiki session on her for every day she worked for me, valued at $80 USD a session. We began working in Skype with this work for hire contract.in Sept I opened a single member LLC company, known as Ms Smokin Jo, LLC. Trish Dirks was hired to build my two websites with my approval and published them with an account I paid for with bluehost. I would hand draw what pictures I wanted edited and she would edit them on photoshop and after my approval she would upload these pictures to the company photobucket account.
On August 21 I drove to pick Trish Dirks up at the airport here in the United States and we began working on the project on August 26.
On the third day of us working together here in America, on August 31 she walked out. She said, "I quit." This was at 2:30pm EST. Trish Dirks had access and authorization to access my accounts up until the moment she walked out at 2:30pm EST on August 31.
On Sept 1 when I went to sign into my company email I could not get into it. I signed into my personal email to find that my personal email linked to this company account had been deleted and she added her own personal email account in place of mine, making it impossible for me to get into my company account and impossible for me to reset my password. She changed the passwords on both my company email accounts, one with yahoo and one with gmail locking me out of my own company email accounts. She changed my password on my myspace page locking me out of my page. She changed the password on my photobucket account locking me out of my company account. She signed into both of my bluehost accounts and deleted both of my professional websites, without my permission that I paid her $5,000 USD for each site, per our contract agreement.
On Sept 9 she came to my house saying, "I don't want to fight anymore, I'm loosing sleep over it. I know I can win, I already took over two more of your accounts today. I know I can win, but I know this is your project." I asked her, "to please reset all of my company accounts back to the "work password" we had been working with for the past year". She said she would put all passwords back to the original work password and left. That was the last time I had any contact with her.
The next day, on Sept 10, I still CAN NOT access my company email accounts and then she deleted my entire company photobucket accont containing all of my advertising.in doing so she vandelized 1,680 websites including my myspace page. Photobucket says they can not restore the account once it is deleted. That whole year of work, gone. An entire year of posting advertising on 1,680 myspace pages was deleted because she deleted the company photobucket account that the pictures where stored in.
I filed a report with the police and the state of North Carolina issued a Subpoena for Trish Dirks to appear in court on Nov 18. Trish Dirks has already gone back to Holland and now the charges have to be dropped because she fled the country.
I still have a report in with the FBI and will see where that takes me.
In the mean time, I would strongly suggest you do not do business with Patricia Dirks aka Trish Dirk from The Netherlands. I would never rehire her to work for my company ever again and I strongly advise that no one else hire her, unless you want to be robbed blind.
