Epicmmo.com - snowy935 scam, fraud, account recall, no compensation, rude, unprofessional

Internet & Web

I will begin this post by saying that in the spring of this year, I
purchased (2) World of Warcraft accounts at the same time from Snowy935, website www.epicmmo.com
totaling $700.00 USD. I paid and received both accounts. Snowy stated
that he had all the information for both the accounts including the CD
Keys and drivers license copies from the original owners. Snowy said
that once I bought the accounts, he would mail all the information to
my paypal registered address. Snowy assured me that both accounts were
safe and there would be no recalls. After using the accounts for
2-3 weeks, I attempted to log into my druid account, which also had a
mid 70s paladin alt. My password for the account did not work. I
contacted Snowy and it took him several days to respond to me.
Eventually, Snowy got me the account information back. When I logged in
to the account, the Paladin alt that I was leveling had been
transferred off of the account by the original owner. This was recall
#1. Snowy offered me no compensation for this despite the fact that I
had spent $700.00 on these two accounts. Fast forward 2 months.
I decided that I wanted to try a different class. I contacted Snowy who
stated that he would relist my account on his website, as he also does
sales. I merged my account to a battle.net account so I would not have
any of my personal information out there on the net. I merged the
account approximately 5-10 days before I gave the account to Snowy. I
provided Snowy with the account information for the battle.net account,
which was valid mind you. Snowy relisted my account on his website and
I was awaiting the sale to receive the money from him. Fast
forward 2 months. The account is still listed on Snowy's website. It
has not been sold. At this point, the gear that the druid has on him is
not the most "current". I contacted Snowy to let him know that I wanted
him to take the account down off of his website so I could play again.
Mind you, the account has not been sold, and I have received no money
for this. The account was listed for the amount that I paid for it,
$350.00 USD. Snowy provided me the account information and I attempted
to login to enter my billing information again. Upon logging
into the battle.net account, the WoW account appeared to no longer be
associated with it. I figured that somehow, it may have been unmerged
by Snowy for the sale. I still had the original account information so
I attempted to remerge the account. Upon trying to remerge the account
to my battle.net account, I discovered that the account was
mysteriously merged to another battle.net account. Panicking, I
went to the armory to check my characters to see if they had updated
gear. Surprise! My characters are no longer listed in the armory, their
names have all been changed. I contacted Snowy every day for (2)
weeks as far as getting this issue resolved. Snowy would either A. Not
reply to me at all, or, B. Accuse me of "doing something to it". Below
I will paste part of our conversation that I had when I finally did
hear from him. *MYSN* (11:40: 17 PM): it says there are no games associated, I can't figure out what could have happened to it *MYSN*
(11:42: 14 PM): This Battle.net account does not have any World of
Warcraft accounts associated with it. To merge a World of Warcraft
account with this Battle.net account, click here. *MYSN* (11:42: 24 PM): when I try and log in with bnet account *MYSN* (11:43: 08 PM): When I try the original account, "Please log in with your associated Battle.net account." *MYSN* (11:44: 50 PM): any ideas? *MYSN* (11:46: 55 PM): hello? *MYSN*
(11:49: 38 PM): When I try to remerge the original account, i get "This
account has already been merged into a Battle.net account." *MYSN* (11:49: 53 PM): So it's been unmerged from my bnet account and is merged to another one *MYSN* (11:56: 12 PM): Do you have the CD-KEY for the account so I can fill out the retrieval form? *MYSN* (12:00: 00 AM): goddamnit dude, do I have to wait another 4 days to get you to reply to me? Snowy935 (12:00: 46 AM): I DONT HAVE THE KEYS Auto-response: *MYSN* is away (12:00: 46 AM) I am away from my computer right now. Snowy935 (12:00: 49 AM): you put it on a bnet dude Snowy935 (12:00: 58 AM): its been MONTHS Snowy935 (12:01: 00 AM): no one touched it Snowy935 (12:01: 01 AM): im positive Snowy935 (12:01: 04 AM): and it was a premade anyway Snowy935 (12:01: 12 AM): i dont know why its not on the bnet i dont know [censored] you did to it *MYSN* (12:01: 20 AM): I didn't do anything to it Snowy935 (12:01: 23 AM): maybe it got changed after not touching it for 4 months? Snowy935 (12:01: 24 AM): i dont know *MYSN* (12:01: 25 AM): it's been compromised some how Snowy935 (12:01: 31 AM): no one has the SQA Snowy935 (12:01: 33 AM): or the real name Snowy935 (12:01: 35 AM): BUT YOU Snowy935 (12:01: 36 AM): for the bnet Snowy935 (12:01: 41 AM): and once its on for 30 days its stuck *MYSN*
(12:02: 07 AM): it's not on the bnet dude, so the only way to do it is
to try to recall it through blizzard with the orignal owners info Snowy935 (12:02: 09 AM): you are hte only person on this earth Snowy935 (12:02: 12 AM): with the bnet info Snowy935 (12:02: 16 AM): then try to call *MYSN* (12:02: 30 AM): I am doing the form right now Snowy935 (12:02: 33 AM): that account wasnt even a previous owner Snowy935 (12:02: 36 AM): it was botted Snowy935 (12:02: 38 AM): all the way *MYSN* (12:02: 50 AM): It says it needs the original CD Key or Original owner's drivers license faxed over *MYSN* (12:02: 57 AM): https://eu. Blizzard.com/support/webform. Xml? Locale=en_GB Snowy935 (12:02: 58 AM): i dont have the keys *MYSN* (12:03: 35 AM): Well when I bought it from you you said you would mail all that to me which I never got *MYSN* (12:03: 47 AM): I just want the account back man i'm not trying to hassle you Snowy935 (12:03: 55 AM): i dont know how to get it back! I
have tried NUMEROUS times to talk with Snowy since that conversation. I
have received NO REPLY. He appears to be ignoring me. I have tried to
find a resolution with Snowy to this problem for over 2 weeks now and I
am getting NO REPLY. He stated that the account was safe, but he
forgets that the original owner recalled the account on me once
already, why is it so hard to believe that it happened again? Is
this how Snowy treats his customers? Especially one that purchased (2)
accounts from him at the same time? My recommendation to any buyer is
to BEWARE of this seller. His claims of safe accounts and the fact that
he will "take care of you" if anything happens are complete bogus just
to get you to purchase from him. Problems: 1. Stated he would mail me all the account information for both accounts, (specifically, CD Keys). Items were never mailed. 2.
Stated that the account was "botted" and there was no original owner.
Yet the account was recalled by the original owner CONFIRMED on at
least (1) occasion. 3. Stated the account was a premade, which it clearly was not, and was clearly not listed as such. 4. No compensation after the first character was stolen off of the account. I have since attempted to further resolve the issue with Snowy935, but he uses profanity and tells me he is not talking to me anymore. Buyer beware
