Localsplash.com Calling as if Google Internet

This company called me to sell me local search optimization for my website. Made promise I'd be on the first page of google within days. I tried to find out where they got my number and they refused. LocalSplash.com and Relevantads.com is a scam. They wanted $99 and $199 a month for nothing. Said that Google adwords was click fraud. This company was a fraud. No one in their right mind should sign up for this service.
