Scam and cheating

I purchased some shoes from fittedbootstore.com on 3rd April 09. I ultimately obtained them after contacting them-and contacting, on 20th April. They didn't deliver the right dimension - I calculated the leg of the trunk also it was under by significantly more than 1cm. These were also too little. I instantly delivered them-and the organization obtained them back on 21st April. Since that time I've sent and named with no reaction. The organization employs an answering support though recently all calls are diverted to an Red voicemail - that will be completely complete. They're not responding to any contact and that I am still awaiting a reimbursement like many many more. I've approached Trading Standards in Bathtub and certainly will proceed from there. I understand this will need to visit small-claims as a lot of others have now been through this.
