I purchased this service because I have viruses in my computer. Once I paid for the service and ran it, it said that they had only fixed 100 problems for "free" and in order for me to get the other problems fixed, I would have to upgrade. Why should I have to upgrade if the program I purchased is suppose to fix all of my problems?
