We went into cricket and got a cricket broadband device which included a $50 discount. We received a printout of our bill number, telephone, etc anything we were having to fill out the refund form and deliver it out. That evening we stuffed it out and place it within the email. A couple weeks later we obtain a notice within the email stating our refund was rejected simply because they had previously received a refund request the esn and bill number for another present. We'd never applied cricket before and instantly called them. Works out the printout that people had received had partly incorrect info on it. The bill number about the printout was not the same as the bill number on our statement that was the main one they resulted in having to correct the problem. Allegedly our refund is within the email. Then your subsequent month I visited spend the statement online utilizing a check, why did they ask me for my ssn range along side my drivers license. I WOn't place my ssn on the website to pay for a statement particularly when they curently have the DL quantity. They cant request your SSN. I acquired an anxious sensation and simply delivered my spouse to pay for in the shop. That is insane to request someones SSN to pay for by check. Never can I.
