Snapfish took my money after I was offered prints for free thru Trialpay.com - CS said they dont use Trialpay

Like I said they let me order and pay for prints thru trialpay.com. Prints were to be "free" if ordered thru trialpay. I assumed a refund of some sort. But I paid and customer service says they never heard of trialpay.
