Aqua connections
Aquacon.com, Marine Life USA They're con artists, hence: aquacon. They can't be reached by phone or email. No one returns any messages. They take your money & you get no product

My boyfriend and I needed a cleanup crew and some more fish for our saltwater tank. After spending hours if not days of searching online for the right price and quality we found www.aquacon.com.

I placed the order. On their website they state they will email you and call you the same or next day, notifying you of your order and its tracking number. The only email I received was the receipt, with no tracking # or anything, which I believe is automated in the first place.

I waited a day or two and still nothing, so I began to call and email them. Nothing! Nobody ever answers or returns any messages of any sort.

I then realized I had some how mistakenly purchased the wrong thing. I wanted, like I said, fish, snails, crabs, etc, but I guess I ordered live rock.

Then I really started calling and emailing so that I could get the order fixed before it was shipped. Of course nothing.

O, and did I mention that I had paid $45.00 for over night shipping! Ya, it's been 4 days & I have not received any packages or messages.

I contacted my bank to cancel the order since it had not gone through, but by the time I called, the order was already being processed.

I decided to run a bunch of searches on this business/web site. I found multiple forums on different sites, all stating bad things about these people/business. I now realized I was just being conned like everyone else who tried to do business with these people.

From there I contacted the authorities in Florida which told me to contact the police in my home town & that it would get taken care of from there.

But I didn't stop there. I even went to the Better Business Bureau website to check these guys out. They're rated an F. I called the BBB & filed a complaint. From there they gave me a Florida attorney generals #, where I then filed another complaint. The attorney general's office also gave me the Department of Consumer Services' #. I called them as well, & now I just have to get the form they emailed me & file yet another complaint.

I also contacted my bank. They are having me cancel my card so that I can dispute this whole thing.

I don't understand how these people are still in business or why they haven't been arrested or whatever. They need to be shut down for good!

Please do not be fooled by aquacon's "accredited" website. They're site looks really good and reliable but it is not!
