Internet payday cashnet Internet crooks tried to rip me off and threatened me with many years of jail time and ruin

I received a call at both my home and place of employment from an Officer Travis who claimed that he was a police officer with the California Police Department. He had a very thick accent and was very hard to understand. He said that I was charged with inernet fraud, bank fraud and theft by deception.
He said that I had taken out a loan on line with Cashnet USA, and I did not repay the loan.
He had all of my personal information: social, bank name, bank account number, employment information.
He was really very rude, and said that they were giving me a chance to pay back the money right now, today. If I did not, he would have me arrested tomorrow, and I would spend years in prison. He then said that whatever happens to me would be my own fault.
Then, he started screaming at me. He said that I made this loan in 2008. I was to shut up until he finished talking and only then, could I speak.
Well, that really made me angry. I said that he could do whatever he wanted to do, because I was seeking legal representation. He hung up on me.
I did a search on the area code and got the number for the police department in that city. The dispatcher said that the telephone number was not one of their numbers.
I was a victim of another fraud a few months ago, Adolph Financial Group's scam. Then, someone tried a mystery shopper scam on me. They actually sent two money orders that looked legit. I verified the serial numbers. They were fake. I turned them over to the postal service. Now, this idot calls.
I am to the point now that I am afraid to use my computer. We can't trust anyone. I am just glad that I changed my banking account number recently.
