After calling and cancelling my AOL service in September of I still am recieving charges. They said I had called to cancel, but was given 2 months for free. I didn't know I had two months for free. So I never called back to cancel those two months.
So I have been getting charges since then. Now $215 later I call back to cancel the service now for the 3rd time and they tell me that I have been charged for June service, AFTER NO MORE THAN A WEEK AGO CALLING THEM TO TELL THEM I HAD CANCELLED THE SERVICE. So I am very very upset over this. I am fresh out of college with out a dime in pocket and I am going through crap like this.
