Access Savings LLC Scamed my Credit Card $19.72 never ordered long distance with the crooks totally unauthorized

Today a charge was placed on my visa card used for me to get my child support on. I never authorized it or anything. It was from a company LD SAVE, after looking up some info online this is a big scam people please look out for it. Although I did call and spoke with a lady that said 'it was going to be credited back to me in 24 to 72 hours ". Guess I will have to see. What freaks me out is I have never used this card to order anything off the internet or the phone. So how did they get my number? Good Luck People!
