Paid for product, never received and no response from the co. From e-mail and this is the only way you can contact them

I put an order for 10-packs of coordinator snoballs on 9/27/09 also it was billed to my charge card and that I haven't obtained the merchandise and also have been billed for that item and not able to contact the company. When I have e mailed them twice without any response and there's no additional method to contact them. What do I actually do and who must I contact when I think they're deceptive?
