My husband and I are victims of this company I-Fortuity to the tune of $7000. We are going to Phoenix this Friday Oct 16 for a scheduled court date. If anyone else can be there and testify on our behalf, it would give more credibility to our claim. That would certainly benefit anyone else who wanted to pursue legal action.
