Listen up and beware... This IS some nasty company who is scamming. I fell for it too. Thought I'd give it a try...$9.95 for shipping and handling "free"... Yeah right... Also the terms and conditions never showed up until I placed the order. I received no order confirmation which made me suspicious. Went back to www.smoke-51.com... That's when I saw the terms and conditions. Nothing is "free". They were going to charge me $89.95 and then $29.95/per month. I work at a bank and process ach transactions. The $9.95 was debited from my account within seconds of placing the order. When I called the telephone numer on the transaction, I think I got in touch with "RAUOL'S BASEMENT"... Said I had to send an email to cancel order which I did. After numerous emails (by the way... They keep changing email addresses, too) I received an email saying order was canceled. I kept harrassing them and finally the $9.95 for shipping and handling WAS credited to my account. But... Product arrived anyway and I've yet to receive an RMA... Emailed, called, etc., etc. But with no luck.
Today $89.95 was debited from my bank account. I have since had to hot card my debit card, and let the transaction go through before I can place an ACH transaction dispute with the bank. The bank WILL credit my account, but this is a TOTAL SCAM and they continue to play bait and switch with phone numbers, email addresses and anything else they can do to screw you.
