Digital Ad Gear No reply from company, no one answers phones, no one answers support tickets, never able to log into my autoresponder system. Company appears to be out of business

I purchased a autoreponder system from this company, I never received a confirmation of my purchase. I tried to log into system, I could not log-in. So I called the company 4pm in the afternoon on a weekday, I got a voicemail. I also put in a support ticket. I called back the next day again during normal business hours, went to voicemail. No matter which department you choose they all go to voicemail. I have now left multiple voicemail messages and opened 3 support tickets and still no response. I cancelled my membership and now I'm hoping for a refund.
