Defective wireless switch

I bought 3 compaq computers from Staples and the three year extended warranty. All three have had multiple problems, and one in common is the wireless switch. It has been in for servicing multiple times but only works a fews days and is broke again. Staples advise was to check the website for recall. I have also had failures on the USB ports and problems with the DVD drive. I won't buy Compaq ever again and won't buy at Staples!
