Deceptive billing practices

I browse the advertisement published in the following site https://www.myonlinecashsecret.com/091509/index.php? Subid=200041&subid2=35697&hitid=670334550. I completed the shape looking to be billed $0.99 for an educational Disc. They published that I decided to 3 separate subscriptions that regular payment may begin following the brief test period. It'll be billed to my bank card. The organization doesn't answer their phone. I don't understand the real title of the organization. Payment hasn't yet started.

So what can I really do today?
