Requested bedding online 8:50 pm Friday Sept. 23 2009. The following day, I awoke to mail confirming purchase with ETA of Oct. 9 2009.

At 9:15 am that evening, Thusday Sept. 24, I named organization and terminated purchase (ETA too late)."Rebecca" recommended me that I'd obtain termination confirmation email in 1-2 times.By Friday morning, Sept. 28, I still had no cancellation confirmation. I named the organization and "Maureen" recommended me that my charge card have been billed at period of order, and he or she couldn't verify termination or return my charge card since "the maker hadn't established termination of the order". She stated that the organization report did demonstrate that my order was terminated also it was a "drop-ship" purchase. The organization wouldn't be shipping the purchase.
