Thank you for your time reading my report.

I'm in need of a website, so I contacted about 20 different designers, many of whom seemed problematic after email exchanges and phone calls. I decided on her because I liked her work.

After paying her the required full amount at the start of the contract, she flaked out on me completely. I tried to contact her for a month, ending with demanding a full refund because she had done absolutely no work.

She's still ignoring me. Is this common practice for Peruvian people? I would like to know who else has had this problem with this amateur girl because to say the least, I am pissed!
