Green Spider Design
Is a risky move

I hired and paid Green Spider Design $3400 to create a web site.
A month or so in I am told they are filling for bankruptcy. I followed up consistently and the truth is there was no bankruptcy at least not according to the Texas bankruptcy courts.
The co. Is still active and their website site is still live. Here is a copy from the most recent e-mail from the person I typically deal with.
"My advice to you is to write off your loss as many are having to do in the current economic climate."
Perhaps so, if they actually went out of business. This is plain as day stealing.
My advice, move on..
