What a scam... After tying to reach this company via their phone number for customer service for weeks times after time, I finally got to their CHAT web site and got a promise of a refund for the products I was billed on my credit card for IF I returned them with a given RMA #, which I did via UPS... The day after I returned them I received my credit card statement which had yet additional charges for product I did NOT ORDER. Now that my account has been canceled via their web ite I cannot "CHAT" with them to make arrangements to be given credit for that additional charge as well as make them pick up these two additioanl packages that received yesterday.
